本文作者在多年实际工作经验的基础上,提出房地产项目的成本控制要贯穿于项目从论证决策至竣工验收的全过程,并阐述了各个阶段成本控制的特点及规律,还引入了“价值工程”的项目开发理念,可供从事房地产项目的相关同行参考。
Based on many years of practical work experience, the author puts forward that the cost control of real estate projects runs through the whole process of project decision-making to completion acceptance and elaborates the characteristics and rules of cost control in each stage. It also introduces “Value Engineering ”Concept of project development, real estate projects for the relevant counterparts reference.
