目的 探讨右侧海马注射β-淀粉样蛋白 (Aβ)对大鼠学习记忆能力和乙酰胆碱酯酶 (Ach E)的影响及何首乌的作用。方法 将 Aβ1- 4 0 10μg/μl注入右侧海马建立大鼠 AD模型 ,测定其学习记忆能力和脑 Ach E活性及何首乌的影响作用。结果 Aβ注射后出现较持久的学习记忆障碍 ,Aβ组呈渐进性加重 ,治疗组有一定的改善。 Aβ组海马区、额叶皮质和基底前脑区的 Ach E的活性较对照组明显减少 ;治疗组较对照组减少 ,但较 Aβ组有明显提高。结论 何首乌能改善 AD模型大鼠学习记忆获得能力 ,提高 Ach E活性。
Objective To investigate the effect of right hippocampus injection of β-amyloid protein (Aβ) on learning and memory ability and acetylcholinesterase (Ach E) in rats and the effect of Polygonum multiflorum. Methods Aβ1-40-1μg/μl was injected into the right hippocampus to establish a rat AD model, and its learning and memory abilities, brain Ach E activity and the effect of Polygonum multiflorum were determined. Results Longer learning and memory impairment occurred after Aβ injection. The Aβ group was progressively worsened, and the treatment group had a certain improvement. The activity of Ach E in the hippocampus, frontal cortex and basal forebrain of the Aβ group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Compared with the control group, the Ach E activity in the treatment group was significantly decreased, but it was significantly higher than that in the Aβ group. Conclusion Polygonum multiflorum can improve learning and memory ability of AD rats and increase Ach E activity.
