北特鲁瓦油田岩层可钻性差,给钻井工程中提高钻井速度,缩短钻井周期带来很大难度。根据2014—2015年北特鲁瓦油田使用的PDC钻头情况,结合地层特点和钻井工艺,对各层段钻头选型及影响机械钻速的原因进行了分析,并优选出一套适合北特鲁瓦油田使用的钻头序列。结果表明,与其他钻头相比,选用推荐的钻头机械钻速提高了50%以上,缩短了钻井周期,达到了优质快速钻井的目的。
The poor drillability of the formations in the North Troya oilfield poses a great challenge to increasing the drilling speed and shortening the drilling cycle in drilling engineering. According to the situation of PDC bit used in North Troyes Oil Field during 2014-2015, combined with the formation characteristics and drilling technology, the reasons for the selection of bit and the influence of ROP in each interval are analyzed, Drill bit sequence used in oil fields. The results show that compared with other drill bits, the recommended drilling bit rate increased by more than 50%, which shortens the drilling cycle and achieves the goal of high-quality fast drilling.
