目的:研究并建立保元排毒丸的指纹图谱。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Merck C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1 ml·min-1,检测波长270 nm,建立了保元排毒丸的指纹图谱,并对10个批次的保元排毒丸进行了检测。结果:10个批次保元排毒丸的指纹图谱相似度较高,并且利用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件”生成了保元排毒丸的对照指纹图谱,共有17个色谱峰,各色谱峰的分离较好,符合指纹图谱检测要求。结论:所建立的HPLC指纹图谱可用于保元排毒丸的质量控制。
Objective: To study and establish the fingerprint of Bao Yuan Paidu pills. Methods: A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used on a Merck C18 column with a gradient of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 ml · min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Fingerprints, and 10 batches of Bao Yuan detoxification pills were tested. Results: The fingerprints of 10 batches of Baoyuan Paidu pills were highly similar, and the control fingerprints of Baoyuan Paidu pills were generated using “Software for Similarity Evaluation of Chromatographic Fingerprints of Chinese Medicines”, with 17 peaks Chromatographic peak separation is better, in line with the fingerprint test requirements. Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprinting can be used for the quality control of Bao Yuan Detox Pills.
