车间空气铅测定常用的方法有双硫腙分光光度法、原子吸收分光光度法。水溶性卟啉类衍生物是目前分光光度法研究中的新型显色剂,可与多种金属起显色反应。由于具有很高的克分子吸光系数,国外称之为“超高灵敏度比色试剂”。与铅在碱性条件下反应成黄绿色络合物,最大吸收波长为464n m。本文介绍用四-(对-三甲铵苯基)卟啉测定空气中铅烟(尘)的方法,进行实验室及现场验证,并与双硫腙法、原子吸收法比较。
Workshop commonly used methods for determination of air lead dithizone spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Water-soluble porphyrin derivatives is the new color reagent in spectrophotometry research, with a variety of metal color reaction. Because of its high molecular extinction coefficient, foreign called “ultra-high sensitivity colorimetric reagent.” Reaction with lead under alkaline conditions into a yellow-green complex, the maximum absorption wavelength of 464n m. In this paper, the method for the determination of lead (dust) in the air by tetrakis (p-trimethylammoniunophenyl) porphyrin was introduced. The method was verified by laboratory and field experiments and compared with the dithizone method and the atomic absorption method.
