以乙酸和乙二醇乙醚为原料合成乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯,选用活性高的硫酸钛做催化剂,通过单因素实验,得到了适宜的合成条件为:加料量以乙二醇乙醚0.2 mol计,m(硫酸钛)∶m(乙二醇乙醚)=0.055,n(乙酸)∶n(乙二醇乙醚)=1.5∶1,环己烷用量15 mL,加热温度130℃,反应时间3 h。在该条件下,乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯收率达99%,选择性达100%;产品采用IR、1HNMR等对其结构进行了表征;催化剂重复使用5次仍保持较高活性;采用TPD对硫酸钛进行了表征。
Acetic acid and ethylene glycol ethyl ether were used as raw materials to synthesize ethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate. The high activity titanium sulfate was used as catalyst. Through single factor experiments, the suitable synthesis conditions were as follows: , m (titanium sulfate) = 0.055, n (acetic acid): n (ethylene glycol ethyl ether) = 1.5:1, cyclohexane dosage 15 mL, heating temperature 130 ℃, reaction time 3 h . Under these conditions, the yield of ethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate was 99% and selectivity was 100%. The structure of the product was characterized by IR and 1HNMR. The catalyst still retained high activity after repeated use of 5 times. Titanium sulfate was characterized.
