目的:寻求一种能指导性发育异常的临床实践的分类方法。方法:以性染色体、性腺、性激素为基础,采用分析和归纳的方法。对110例性发育异常逐个进行分类和对照研究。结果:100例为性染色体异常;9例为性腺异常;1例为性激素异常。结论:从性杂色体、性腺、性激素水平来研究分类,不仅简便易行、概念清晰,而且对临床诊治和基础研究均有重要指导意义。
OBJECTIVE: To seek a classification of clinical practice that can guide dysplasia. Methods: Based on sex chromosomes, gonads and sex hormones, the methods of analysis and induction were used. 110 cases of dysplasia one by one classification and control study. Results: 100 cases of sex chromosome abnormalities; 9 cases of gonadal abnormalities; 1 case of sex hormone abnormalities. Conclusion: It is not only simple and easy to understand the classification of sex chromosomes, gonads and sex hormones, but also has a clear concept, but also has important guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and basic research.
