目的:观察大黄虫胶囊联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的临床疗效。方法:60例2型糖尿病伴糖尿病视网膜病变Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均给予常规糖尿病降糖治疗,对照组给予激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,给予口服大黄虫胶囊治疗。2组连续6月。观察治疗前后糖化血红蛋白、视力、眼底照相及眼底血管造影的变化。结果:2组治疗后糖化血红蛋白均有所下降,与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示常规降糖治疗后血糖控制明显好转;2组治疗后糖化血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),提示2组治疗后血糖控制水平大致相当。治疗后视力总有效率治疗组57.1%,对照组33.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组视力改善情况较对照组更佳。2组治疗后眼底彩色照相及造影均有改善,总有效率治疗组89.3%,对照组74.1%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组眼底改善较对照组更佳。结论:大黄虫胶囊联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,较单纯激光光凝治疗效果更明显。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Rhubarb capsule in combination with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ. Methods: Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given routine diabetes mellitus hypoglycemic treatment, while control group were given laser photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy. The treatment group On the basis of the control group, oral administration of Rhubarb capsule was given. 2 consecutive months in June. Changes of HbA1c, visual acuity, fundus photography and fundus angiography were observed before and after treatment. Results: The levels of HbA1c in both groups decreased after treatment, with statistical significance (P <0.05) before treatment, suggesting that the control of glycemic control after conventional hypoglycemic treatment was significantly improved. After treatment, the levels of HbA1c, The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), suggesting that two groups of blood glucose control level after treatment is roughly the same. After treatment, the total effective rate of visual acuity was 57.1% in the treatment group and 33.3% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), indicating that the visual acuity improvement was better in the treatment group than in the control group. The fundus color photographs and radiography were improved in both groups after treatment, with the total effective rate being 89.3% in the treatment group and 74.1% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), suggesting that the fundus of the treatment group improved more than the control group good. Conclusion: Rhubarb capsule in combination with laser photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy is more effective than laser photocoagulation alone.
