本文分析了影响弹簧垂直度的两个因素,通过数学建模运用数学方法论证了弹簧中标准垂直度和平行度的相互包容关系,分析了用角度表示垂直度和间隙表示垂直度的区别与联系。结果表明:弹簧自身的几何形状可以引起垂直度偏差,弹簧的平行度偏差也可导致垂直度偏差;平行度不一定包容垂直度,但两端垂直度完全可以包容平行度。在此基础上,比较了各国弹簧标准的垂直度和平行度。
This paper analyzes the two factors that affect the verticality of the spring. Through mathematics modeling, we prove the mutual tolerance of the standard verticality and parallelism in the spring, and analyze the difference and connection between the verticality expressed by the angle and the verticality of the gap . The results show that: the geometry of the spring can cause vertical deviation, the parallel deviation of the spring can also lead to vertical deviation; parallelism does not necessarily contain verticality, but the verticality at both ends can fully accommodate the parallelism. On this basis, the verticality and parallelism of spring standards in various countries are compared.
