目的:观察稳心颗粒对冠心病心绞痛患者抗氧化能力与心室重塑的影响。方法:选择本院收治的冠心病心绞痛70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例;对照组采用冠心病心绞痛常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗。检测比较两组治疗前后抗氧化能力与心室重塑指标。结果:(1)两组治疗前抗氧化酶各项指标均差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后6周及12周观察组过氧化物酶(POD)水平均非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)水平均非常显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)治疗前两组其他抗氧化能力各项指标均差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组治疗后6周及12周丙二醛(MDA)水平均非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01),总抗氧化能力(TAC)、褪黑素(MT)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平均非常显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。(3)治疗前两组心室重塑相关指标均差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组治疗后6周及12周的心室重塑相关指标骨桥蛋白(OPN)、胱抑素C(CysC)、脑钠肽(BNP)及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平均非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:稳心颗粒可有效改善冠心病心绞痛患者的抗氧化能力与心室重塑状态,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To observe the effect of Wenxinkeli on antioxidative capacity and ventricular remodeling in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods: Seventy patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). The control group was treated with conventional angina pectoris. The observation group was treated with Wenxin Granule on the basis of routine treatment. The levels of antioxidation and ventricular remodeling before and after treatment were measured and compared between two groups. Results: (1) There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The levels of peroxidase (POD) in the observation group after 6 and 12 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group P <0.01). The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01). (2) There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the observation group at 6 and 12 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01). The total antioxidant capacity (TAC), melatonin (MT) and glutathione (GSH) levels were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). (3) There was no significant difference in ventricular remodeling between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The indexes of OPN, Cystatin C (CysC ), Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) levels were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Wenxinkeli can effectively improve the anti-oxidative capacity and ventricular remodeling status of patients with angina pectoris, which has high clinical value.
