本文给出了锗—砷—硒系玻璃的态化温度、热膨胀系数和折射率的测量数据。在基本物理性能方面,讨论了这些玻璃在8~12微米波段的阿贝数介于110—159之间,同时指出了大多数合成物的有效成分可以做到完全一致。本文着重考虑了制备技术,在用γ射线进行激活分析时,这种技术能使玻璃的氧化物含量在百万分一(重量)左右。对于Ge20—Se80(锗20—硒80),As40—Se60(砷40—硒60)和Ge30—As15—Se55(锗30—砷15—硒55)等三种玻璃,指出了氧化物杂质对透射率的影响。
In this paper, the measurement data of the state temperature, thermal expansion coefficient and refractive index of germanium-arsenic-selenium glass are given. In terms of basic physical properties, the Abbe numbers of these glasses in the band of 8 to 12 microns are discussed between 110 and 159, and the exact compositions of most of the composites can be completely consistent. This article focuses on the preparation technique, which enables the oxide content of glass to be in the order of one million parts by weight when activated by gamma-ray analysis.
