针对吹砂填海的地质特点,结合京唐公司一期排水管网建设的经验及教训,对二期排水管网建设进行了优化设计研究。二期排水管道采用PE管道,连接方式为热熔焊接,解决了管道接口渗漏的问题,并根据管道埋深采用不同等级的管道;设计出一种带翼环整体式管件的井室与管道的连接方法,解决了PE管道与井室密封不严的问题;在局部排热水的地方设置伸缩节井室取代排水检查井,既可以调节PE管道因热胀冷缩产生的位移,还具有临时替代排水检查井的作用;根据地质条件,综合考虑经济及技术因素,采用注浆的方法对排水检查井基础进行加固处理。
