目的观察社区综合干预对患龋小学生接受口腔治疗的影响效果,为社区口腔保健提出有意义的建议。方法通过分层整群随机抽样方法,从辖区内小学中抽取1所公办和1所民办学校,通过口腔卫生检查,共检查出947名患龋学生,再将患龋学生按班级整群随机分为干预组(460人)和对照组(487人)。对干预组开展社区综合干预,对照组只进行一般社区口腔卫生管理,比较干预组、对照组小学生接受口腔治疗的情况变化。结果治疗率、充填率、窝沟封闭率干预后干预组(分别为56.30%,56.18%,16.96%)均高于对照组(分别为33.06%,36.15%,4.52%)和干预前(分别为30.87%,30.12%,4.57%),差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);干预后对照组治疗率和窝沟封闭率与干预前差异无统计学意义(χ2值分别为2.12,0.02,P值均>0.05)。结论社区综合干预对患龋小学生接受口腔治疗有促进作用,可以运用于社区口腔卫生保健中。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive community intervention on caries pupils receiving oral treatment, and to make meaningful suggestions for community oral health care. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 1 public-run and 1 non-government-run school from the primary school in the area. 947 caries students were examined through oral hygiene examination. The students with caries were randomly divided into groups Intervention group (460) and control group (487). Intervention group to carry out comprehensive community intervention, the control group only for general community oral health management, intervention group, control group of pupils undergoing oral treatment changes. Results After intervention, the rates of treatment, filling rate and pit and fissure sealant were significantly higher in the intervention group (56.30%, 56.18% and 16.96%, respectively) than those in the control group (33.06%, 36.15% and 4.52% 30.87%, 30.12% and 4.57%, respectively) (all P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the treatment rate and the pit and fissure sealant between the two groups after intervention (χ2 = 2.12, 0.02, P values> 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive community intervention can promote oral caries in caries pupils and can be used in oral health care.
