英文诗歌是具有声音效果(音韵和节奏)的艺术。声效在汉英词典中的解释是由声音所制造的效果,指为增进某一场面之真实感、渲染气氛,而加于声带上的声音。诗歌的音乐性不仅寓于铿锵的节奏和优美的韵律之中,而且有的还直接表现在音乐形象的塑造上,诗与音乐浑然一体。本文以英国浪漫主义先驱威廉.布莱克的诗歌《婴儿的欢乐》和《婴儿的忧伤》为例,对比分析这两首诗中的不同韵式、音素分布、音节长短等等所产生的不同音乐效果是如何抒发诗人的感情,表达其诗歌主题的。
English poetry is the art of sound effects (phonology and rhythm). Sound effects in the Chinese-English dictionary explanation is created by the sound effects, referring to enhance the realism of a scene, rendering atmosphere, and the voice applied to the vocal cords. The musical nature of poetry not only lies in the sonorous rhythm and the beautiful rhythm, but also directly reflects the shaping of the music image and the integration of poetry and music. Taking the poems of William Blake, “the joy of baby” and “the sadness of babies”, as an example, this paper compares and analyzes the different musical effects produced by different rhymes, phonemic distributions, syllables and so on in these two poems How to express the feelings of poets and express their poetic themes.
