本文用多台同型系统的不同步截尾的幂律模型,对某型原子吸收分光光度计的验收数据进行了详细的分析,结果表明,该型产品经整机电老炼可显著地提高其可靠性,并对确定整机老炼时间提出了一种科学的方法。
In this paper, the power law model of multiple homologous systems with non-synchronized truncation is used to analyze the acceptance data of a certain atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
