近年来,由于免疫学的理论及其技术的不断发展,肿瘤的免疫诊断和免疫治疗也有了新的发展,这为肿瘤研究工作开辟了新的途径。为了交流国内各地区肿瘤免疫工作开展情现,卫生部军管会委托中国医学科学院和全国肿瘤防治研究办公室,于1972年12月4日——15日在北京举办了全国肿瘤免疫防治研究经验交流学习班。现将交流的部分资料综合整理介绍于后,供参考。甲胎蛋白(AFP)和癌胚抗原(CEA)在肿瘤免疫诊断中的应用目前,国内外应用免疫学方法诊断肿瘤已被广泛重视,有的已成为肿瘤诊断中的重要手段。在临床上应用比较成熟的有甲种胎儿蛋白(简称甲胎蛋白AFP)诊断原发性肝细胞癌和癌胚原性抗原(简称癌胚抗原CEA)诊断结肠癌和直肠癌。现将这两种方法及其临床应用分述如下:
