利用湖榕和水翁的耐涝和耐旱特性 ,在洪水位至防限水位 (水间带 )的水库岸带种植混交护岸林带 ,观察结果表明 ,湖榕和水翁混交林具有显著的绿化固土及护岸效果 :9年生的湖榕 ,其后期植被覆盖度达 90 %~ 10 0 % ,丰满度 5 0~ 6 0cm并迅速形成植被覆盖地表 ,保土效果高达 97 9% ,保水效果也达 6 9 3 % ;同年种植的水翁后期植被覆盖度达30 % ,丰满度 30cm ,保土效果也达 94%。两种树种的植被覆盖度、土壤含水量、保水保土效果均优于细叶榕
