第一章总则第一条、吉林省图书馆学会(以下简称学会)是中国共产党领导下的图书馆工作者的群众性学术团体,是党联系全省图书馆工作者的桥梁和纽带,是党领导图书馆工作的助手,是中国图书馆学会的团体会员,是吉林省社会科学学会联合会的组成部分。第二条、学会在马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想指导下,提倡辩证唯物主义、坚持实事求是的科学态度和优良学风,认真贯彻“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的方针,坚持理论联系实际的原则,团结全省图书馆工作者,开展学术活动,促进图书馆学理论研究,促进图书馆人才的成长,为繁荣、发展我省图书馆书业,为建设社会主义的物质文明和精神文
