对我国西部5省市112家县级及以下医疗机构672位在岗从业人员进行问卷调查,调查的内容包括:①个人基本信息;②对全科医学的认知;③接待患者的基本情况;④根据所从事的专业回答的问题。结果显示,基层医疗卫生事业整体状况变化显著,基础设施条件明显改善,现有从业人员年龄结构趋于年轻化,学历层次提高,具有执业医师资格、有专业技术职称人员比例上升。但调查资料也反映出,基层医疗卫生人员队伍不稳定,其职业认同感普遍不高,基层医疗机构作用发挥不理想,提示在壮大基层医疗卫生规模的同时,制定科学合理的管理制度,加强内涵建设,切实取信于民,是基层医疗卫生真正发挥作用的必由之路。
A questionnaire survey was conducted among 672 on-the-job practitioners in 112 medical institutions at county level and below in five provinces and municipalities in western China. The survey included: ① basic personal information; ② knowledge of general medicine; ③ basic information of patients; ④ According to the professional answer to the question. The results showed that the overall health care system at primary level changed markedly, the infrastructure conditions were significantly improved, the age structure of existing employees tended to be younger, the academic level improved, the qualification of practicing doctors and the proportion of professionals with professional and technical titles increased. However, the survey data also reflect that the ranks of grassroots medical and health personnel are unstable and their professional identities are generally not high. The role of grass-roots medical institutions is not ideal, suggesting that while expanding the scale of grassroots medical and health care, we should formulate a scientific and rational management system and strengthen the connotation Construction and effective gaining trust from the people are the only way for primary health care to function effectively.
