进入2001年以来,国家计委分别于1月13日和2月5日连续两次下调了国内成品油零售中准价,与前几个月相比调价日期逐月前提。1月份汽、柴油零售中准价每吨分别为3585元和3176元,比上月下调了130元和335元(新疆地区汽油价格未调整);2月份汽、柴油零售中准价每吨分别为3422元和2986元,比上月再次下调了165元和190元(新疆地区汽油价格下调85元);石油、石化两大集团在此基础上上浮5％执行(乌市上浮3%、伊犁上浮4％)。批发价按在零售价基础上倒扣5.5％的批零差率执行。1月26日以来新加坡市场汽、柴油累计平均价格分别为32.05美元/桶和27.82美元/桶,分别比上月上涨2.98美元/桶和下降0.51美元/桶。据此预计,2001年3月我国汽油零售中准价将上调240元/吨左右,而柴油零售中准价仍将略有下调。
