EXAFS研究用化学方法在几种初始pH条件下制备得的Ni93P7、Ni86P14、Ni85P15和Ni76P24的结构,结果表明P含量在14%以上的Ni100-xPx样品为非晶结构。随着P含量的增加,Ni-P非晶合金中Ni原子第一配位壳层中,Ni配位原子数变化不大、P原子的配位数明显增加。Ni76P24中Ni原子的热无序σr和结构无序Ni分别为0.07A和0.21A,且σr,三倍于σr,其σs比Ni86P14的σs大一倍左右,结构无序σs的增加表明Ni配位原子分布在偏离平均配位距离的更大范围。
EXAFS studies the chemical structure of Ni93P7, Ni86P14, Ni85P15 and Ni76P24 prepared at several initial pH conditions. The results show that Ni100-xPx samples with P content above 14% have amorphous structure. With the increase of P content, Ni atoms in the first coordination shell of Ni-P amorphous alloy in Ni-P amorphous alloy did not change much, and the coordination number of P atoms increased obviously. The thermal disordered σr and the structured disordered Ni of Ni atom in Ni76P24 are 0.07A and 0.21A, respectively, and σr is three times of σr, and the σs is about twice larger than the σs of Ni86P14. The increase of structural disorder σs indicates Ni coordination atoms are distributed in a wider range than the average coordination distance.
