以TiO2超微粉为原料,采用焰溶法制备了金红石单晶体,并在不同的退火温度下,对晶体进行了氧化退火研究,利用紫外-可见分光光度计、红外谱仪等分析测试手段对晶体的光吸收性质进行了测试,此外,本文对微粉性状、生长气氛等对晶体生长的影响进行了探讨。
TiO2 powders were used as raw materials to prepare the rutile single crystal by flame-dissolution method. At different annealing temperatures, the crystal was oxidized and annealed. The crystal structure was characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and infrared spectrometer. Light absorption properties were tested. In addition, the effects of fine powder properties and growth atmosphere on the crystal growth were discussed.
