本文从电力公司的实际出发,提出了加强企业薪酬激励机制的建议,如此确保电力企业得到更好的发展,使电力企业因为激励机制的催化,改变自己的运营状态,成功的发生转型。
Based on the actual situation of power companies, this paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the compensation incentive mechanism of enterprises, so as to ensure the better development of power enterprises and make power enterprises transform successfully because of the catalyst of incentive mechanism and change their operating conditions.
