采用分子标记、化学方法、酶标仪、统计学等方法,对99份粳稻新品种(系)进行Wx-mq基因(低直链淀粉含量的暗胚乳突变基因)检测,提取、测定各品种(系)直链淀粉含量,并分析不同遗传背景及不同生态类型材料间直链淀粉含量的差异,旨在为低直链淀粉含量的优良食味粳稻新品种选育提供参考依据。试验结果表明:99份材料均含有Wx-mq基因;供试材料的直链淀粉含量主要分布在8%与11%之间;武香粳14与关东194杂交育成的品种(系)直链淀粉含量的变幅相对较小;不同熟期品种(系)的直链淀粉含量的变幅为中粳较晚粳大。
Ninety-one new rice varieties (lines) were tested for Wx-mq gene (dark endosperm mutation gene with low amylose content) by molecular markers, chemical methods, microplate reader, and statistical methods. The aim of this study is to provide a reference for breeding new good japonica rice with low amylose content and high contents of amylose. The results showed that all the 99 cultivars contained Wx-mq gene. The amylose content of the tested materials was mainly distributed between 8% and 11%. The amylose content of amylose The amplitude of amylose content in different maturity varieties was higher than that in late japonica rice.
