村民民主自治,简而言之就是要村民自己来管理自己的事情,真正做到自治。而在村民民主自治过程中,民主决策可以说占相当重要的地位,村民自治中村委会的民主决策,有助于村干部在决策过程中真正走群众路线,减少甚至杜绝决策失误,所以能否实行民主决策可以说直接决定了村民民主自治的效果。
