"This is an intuitive experience of the implementation of the accountability system by cadres and masses in Huadian City, Jilin Province. Since 2002, Huadian City, starting from a sound and perfect cadre supervision and management mechanism, has been actively exploring the implementation of the system of accountability at the county level and establishing a more standardized system of accountability. In the past 10 years, Huadian City has gradually established a system of accountability implementation for leading cadres at township level and eight
