太原钢铁厂是我国大型钢铁企业之一,该厂场地处于基本烈度八度地震区。考虑到太钢场地占地面积广,生产连续性强,为了做好厂区建筑的抗震防灾工作,确保设计的各类抗震措施的有效性和合理性,太钢抗震办于1984年1月委托冶金部勘察科学技术研究所开展太钢厂区场地土地震反应分析及地震影响小区划的研究。该所于1986年3月完成了此项研究。整个研究工怍包括:1.区域及其邻近地区活动性断裂特征和地震背景的研究;2.场地的地震危险性分析;3.场地的基本工程地质条件的研究;4.场地土地震反应分析和地基液化判定;5.场地地震影响小区划。冶金部抗震办于1986年6月29日至7月1日,在北京召开了“太钢厂区场地地震影响小区划”研究成果鉴定会。会
Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant is one of the large-scale iron and steel enterprises in China. The site of the plant is located in the 8.0-magnitude earthquake zone. Considering that Taiyuan’s site has a large area and strong production continuity, TISCO’s anti-seismic office was commissioned in January 1984 to ensure the effectiveness and rationality of the design of all types of anti-seismic measures in order to do a good job in the earthquake prevention work of the plant buildings. The Institute of Surveying Science and Technology of the Ministry of Metallurgy carried out the seismic response analysis of site soil in Taiyuan Steel Plant and the research on the impact of the earthquake on the subdivision of the area.
