目前,世界各国对止喘剂的研究,大多着重对症疗法,已经有不少品种出现。研究方向大致有以下4个方面:(1)交感神经β刺激剂;(2)交感神经α阻断剂;(3)副交感神经阻断剂;(4)抗过敏剂。一、交感神经β刺激剂间一羟异丙肾上腺素(Metaproterenol)是一种性能稳定,可用于口服的止喘剂,对循环系统作用较少。这一发现启示人们加强β刺激剂的研究工作。后来弄清楚β_1和β_2受体的区别,从而设计了选择性较好的药品,如舒喘灵(Solbutamol)、特普他林(Terbutaline)和六甲肾上
At present, most countries in the world study on anti-asthmatic agents, most of which focus on symptomatic treatment, many varieties have appeared. Research in general has the following four aspects: (1) sympathetic beta stimulants; (2) sympathetic alpha blockers; (3) parasympathetic blockers; (4) anti-allergic agents. First, the sympathetic β-stimulants Meta-isoproterenol (Metaproterenol) is a stable and can be used for oral anti-asthmatic agents, less effect on the circulatory system. This discovery inspired people to strengthen the research of β-stimulants. Later, the difference between β 1 and β 2 receptors was clarified to design better-selective drugs such as Solbutamol, Terbutaline,
