我厂10千瓦功率的滚床铸铁机座因过载断裂成两半,见图1。机座上部有两个下辊的轴瓦座,中下部为蜗轮、蜗杆减速箱,其滚动轴承亦装在机座内,要求修复后的机座能保证其装配尺寸。断裂从应力集中严重的下辊轴瓦座根部的直角拐弯处(图1)开始,从上而下贯穿整个机座,使之分成两半,断口总长达1.7米。断口处最小壁厚为16毫米,最大壁厚为40毫米。机座重约400公斤。我们采用氧—乙炔热焊法,用木炭进行预热和后热。
Our factory 10 kilowatts power roller cast iron base due to overload break in half, shown in Figure 1. The lower part of the base has two lower bearing pads, the lower part of the worm, worm gearbox, the rolling bearings are also installed in the base, requiring repair of the base to ensure that the assembly size. The fracture begins at the right-angle corner of the root of the lower roll bush (Fig. 1) where the stress concentration is serious and runs through the machine frame from top to bottom, dividing it into two halves with a total length of 1.7 m. The minimum wall thickness at the fracture is 16 mm and the maximum wall thickness is 40 mm. Stand weighs about 400 kg. We use oxygen - acetylene heat welding method, with charcoal preheating and post-heat.
