本文提出了一种确定切削过程无条件稳定阈b_(mo)的方法。通过理论分析发现,金属切削机床有一个标准实验主轴转速,在这一特定主轴转速下进行一次切削试验,可以准确地找出切削过程无条件稳定阈b_(mo)值。经过公式推导,分别得到了简化单自由度切削系统和多自由度切削系统的标准实验主轴转速计算公式,最后还给出了确定切削过程无条件稳定阈b_(mo)值的一般步骤
In this paper, a method to determine unconditionally stable b_ (mo) of cutting process is proposed. Through theoretical analysis, it is found that the metal cutting machine has a standard experimental spindle speed, and a cutting test at this specific spindle speed can accurately find the b_ (mo) value of the unconditional stable threshold during the cutting process. Through the formula derivation, the formulas for calculating the standard experimental spindle speed to simplify the single degree of freedom cutting system and the multi-degree of freedom cutting system respectively are obtained. Finally, the general procedure of determining the unconditioned stable value b_ (mo) of the cutting process is given.
