目的:用双波长分光光度法测定氢地油乳剂中醋酸泼尼松和盐酸地卡因含量。方法:分别选择238 nm为醋酸泼尼松的测定波长,327 nm为参比波长,在308 nm处直接测定盐酸地卡因的吸收度。结果:醋酸泼尼松和盐酸地卡因在5 ~ 15μg / ml范围内吸收度与浓度均呈良好的线性关系(r =0.999 3,r =0.999 9),两种组分的平均回收率和RSD值分别为98.42%、0.95% 和99.81%、0.56%。结论:用双波长分光光度法测定氢地油乳剂中的醋酸泼尼松和盐酸地卡因含量,方法简便准确,样品无需分离即可直接测定,乳剂中的其它组分对测定没有干扰。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the concentrations of prednisone acetate and dexamethasone hydrochloride in hydrogen oil emulsion by dual wavelength spectrophotometry. Methods: The wavelength of 238 nm was selected as prednisone acetate, the reference wavelength was 327 nm, and the absorbance of cocaine hydrochloride was determined directly at 308 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of prednisone acetate and dexamethasone in the concentration range of 5 ~ 15μg / ml (r = 0.999 3, r = 0.999 9). The average recoveries of two components RSD values were 98.42%, 0.95% and 99.81%, 0.56% respectively. Conclusion: The method of dual wavelength spectrophotometry for the determination of prednisone acetate and cocaine hydrochloride in hydrogen oil emulsion is simple and accurate. The sample can be directly determined without separation. The other components in the emulsion have no interference with the determination.
