本文通过生产统计分析和系列冲击、落锤、爆炸、断裂韧性(COD)等试验研究,揭示了硼对12Ni_3CrMoV钢的韧性不利影响,指出含硼量超过15ppm时引起低温冲击韧性、断裂韧性明显降低;转折温度VT_(r100)、NDT、FTP明显升高;VT_(r100)与FTP之间存在很好的相关性及临界区淬火工艺对改善高硼的12Ni3CrMoV钢的低温韧性也是一种有效的韧化措施。
