随着杀虫剂的广泛应用,有机磷农药中毒的发生率明显增加,且死亡率甚高。由于有机磷农药中毒的死亡原因主要是呼吸衰竭,故将我院1971年1月至81年10月收治的有机磷农药中毒致急性呼吸衰竭者60例,分析讨论如下。诊断标准我们的诊断标准为:①血产讨圣析Poo:<“mmHg,Paco:不定,⑦急性非心源性肺水肿,⑧发绪加双肺r扣下份湿性罗音,呼吸频率增快(>30次/分),④呼吸浅慢,节律不齐和哲停等。凡具上述条件之一,并除外原有心肺疾患即可诊断.中毒死亡病例临终前均系呼吸先停,J合跳后停。临庆资料一、一般资料 60例中男26例,女34例,年龄14~77岁,50岁以下者45例(:,了50怕)。其中农民43例(占72
