生命在于运动,运动是生命存在的基础。运动,是我们追求健康的最主要途径之一,健康的生活方式会使我们的生活品质非常高端,人生的价值也能更好的实现与创造。对于健康来讲,在科学的意义上把其分为两种,即身体健康和心理健康。身体健康与心理健康其实是密切相关、相互结合的,在一定程度上,心理健康对一个人的成长起到了非常重要的作用。当下,作为老师这个群体,我们就来探讨怎样从心理健康的角度来科学的引导学生主动参与到体育锻炼当中,并且这样做的意义何在?
Life is movement, movement is the basis of existence. Exercise is one of the most important ways we pursue health. A healthy lifestyle will make our life quality very high and the value of life better realized and created. For health, it is divided into two kinds in the sense of science, namely, physical health and mental health. In fact, physical health and mental health are closely related, combined with each other, to a certain extent, mental health has played a very important role in the development of a person. At present, as a group of teachers, we will explore how to guide students to take part in physical exercise scientifically from the perspective of mental health, and what is the significance of doing so?
