1目的 探讨前列腺癌组织中血管生成与肿瘤生物学行为之间的关系。 2方法 应用免疫组织化学L SAB法检测 38例前列腺癌组织中微血管密度 (MVD)。 3结果 前列腺癌组织中微血管形态不一 ,分布呈异质性 ;高分化癌组织中 MVD明显低于低分化和未分化癌组织 (F=6 .48,q=3.80 ,4.86 ,P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ;发生转移的癌组织中 MVD明显高于未转移的癌组织 (t=3.76 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。 4结论 血管生成在前列腺癌侵袭和转移过程中起重要作用
1 Objective To investigate the relationship between angiogenesis and tumor biological behavior in prostate cancer tissues. 2 Methods Immunohistochemical L SAB method was used to detect microvessel density (MVD) in 38 cases of prostate cancer. 3 Results The microvessel morphology and heterogeneity in prostate cancer tissues were significantly lower than those in poorly differentiated and undifferentiated carcinoma tissues (F = 6.48, q = 3.80, 4.86, P <0.05). 0 5, 0 0 01). The MVD in metastatic cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in non-metastatic cancer tissues (t = 3.76, P <0.01). 4 Conclusion Angiogenesis plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of prostate cancer
