目的:研究凋亡相关基因bcl-x在肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中的表达及其与HCC临床病理学特征的关系。方法:使用免疫组织化学检测石蜡包埋的HCC标本中凋亡相关基因bcl-x的表达。结果:免疫组织化学检测40例HCC中bcl-x阳性19例;14例肝硬变bcl-x阳性11例;bcl-x在HCC中表达低于肝硬变(P<0.05);bcl-x表达在高中分化型HCC高于低分化型,在AFP≤400μg/L的患者高于AFP>400μg/L的患者,在临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期HCC高于Ⅲ期,其间均有显著性差异(分别为P<0.005,P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:凋亡相关基因bcl-x在HCC中的表达对肝癌细胞凋亡起调节作用,并与HCC分化程度、临床分期、AFP水平有关。
Objective: To study the expression of apoptosis related gene bcl-x in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its relationship with the clinicopathological features of HCC. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of apoptosis related gene bcl-x in paraffin-embedded HCC specimens. Results: Bcl-x was positive in 19 of 40 cases of HCC by immunohistochemistry, 11 cases of bcl-x positive in 14 cases of liver cirrhosis, bcl-x was lower than that of cirrhosis in HCC (P <0.05) Patients with high-differentiated HCC in the high-differentiated HCC with poorly differentiated type and higher than AFP> 400 μg / L in patients with AFP≤400 μg / L had higher HCC in stages Ⅰ-Ⅱ than those in stage Ⅲ, with significant differences P <0.005, P <0.01, P <0.05, respectively). Conclusion: The expression of apoptosis related gene bcl-x in HCC plays a regulatory role in the apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma, which is related to the degree of HCC differentiation, clinical stage and AFP level.
