目的对大跨重载下销轴节点的受力情况和极限荷载进行分析,以弥补现行钢结构设计规范中销轴设计相关内容的空白.方法选用有限元软件ABAQUS建立节点三维有限元模型,对受压、受拉作用下的销轴节点和单调、循环荷载下的子结构分别进行了有限元模拟.结果有限元结果和试验结果吻合良好,节点相对于设计荷载工况具有相当的安全系数,在循环荷载作用下有较好的延性和耗能能力.节点的设计满足强节点弱构件的要求.结论试验结果证明有限元模型可以很好地模拟试验结果,有限元软件能够辅助销轴节点设计.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the force and the limit load of the pin joints under long-span heavy loads to make up for the blank of the related pin design in the current steel structure design codes.Methods The finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the three- Finite element simulation was carried out under pinning and tensioned pin joints and sub-structure under monotonic and cyclic loading respectively.Results The finite element results agree well with the experimental results, and the nodes have a relative safety factor with respect to the design load conditions, The results show that the finite element model can well simulate the experimental results, and the finite element software can assist the design of pin-axis joints .
