以DQP漂白麦草浆中的不同组分为研究对象,发现它们在物理形态与表面化学性能方面存在明显差异。研究结果表明:与相思木浆相比,麦草浆有较多的细小组分,纤维扭结和卷曲少,聚戊糖、灰分含量和保水值较高。通过原子力显微镜(AFM)对DQP漂白麦草浆主要组分表面超微结构的研究可知,从单根纤维分丝出的细纤维表面较平整,微细纤维(Microfibrils)定向排列;而球状和杆状的薄壁细胞表面粗糙,微细纤维排列错杂;细小组分的表面拥有更多的抽出物、木素等疏水物质。
DQP bleaching wheat straw pulp in the different components of the study, found that they have significant differences in physical morphology and surface chemical properties. The results showed that compared with Acacia wood pulp, wheat straw pulp has more fine components, less kink and curl, higher content of pentosan, ash and water retention. The study of the surface ultrastructure of the main components of DQP bleached wheat straw pulp by atomic force microscope (AFM) shows that the surface of the fine fibers which are separated from a single fiber is relatively flat and the microfibers (Microfibrils) are oriented; while the spherical and rod-shaped Parenchyma cells have rough surface and fine fibers arranged in a complicated way. The surface of fine components has more extractives, lignin and other hydrophobic substances.
