A 10-year follow-up study by a Canadian cancer research center found that a child’s risk of having blood cancer increased by 30% for each move. Children who have moved 3 times have a 60% more chance of developing blood cancer than those who do not. If they move 4 times or more, the attack rate is as high as 90%. This may be related to children’s immune system can not adapt to the new environment of the new virus.
