学校德育是素质教育之首,思想品德的教育是德育的重要组成部分,在基础教育中处于核心地位。作为教师,更应对学生进行思想品德教育。小学思想品德教育的对象是六、七岁至十二、三岁的少年儿童,少年儿童在生理、心理的特质上具有两重性。一方面,他们自我意识、独立意识、认识能力稚嫩,在思想品质方面未定型,处于协调期和动荡阶段;另一方面,他们天真活泼,有强烈的求知欲和好奇心。可塑的品格和极强的吸收能力昭示着他们处于接受教育尤其是思想
