本文针对南海某油田伴生气的气源组分和特点,设计了无预冷的混合制冷剂液化流程(MRC)和N2膨胀液化流程,在储存压力和温度相同而且液化率相同的情况下,分析比较了两种液化流程的性能参数,并对各流程在海上操作的适用性进行了分析。计算结果表明,N2膨胀液化流程比功耗高于无预冷的混合制冷剂液化流程,但是N2膨胀液化流程装置简单紧凑,而且采用单一气态制冷剂,是比较适合于海上油田伴生气的液化流程。
In this paper, according to the components and characteristics of the gas source associated with an associated gas in an oilfield in the South China Sea, a mixed refrigerant liquefaction process (MRC) and an N2 expansion liquefaction process without precooling are designed. When the storage pressure and temperature are the same and liquefaction rates are the same, The performance parameters of the two liquefaction processes were compared and the suitability of each process at sea was analyzed. The calculation results show that the power consumption of N2 expansion liquefaction process is higher than that of the mixed refrigerant liquefaction process without precooling, but the device of N2 expansion liquefaction process is simple and compact, and the single gas refrigerant is more suitable for liquefaction process of associated gas in offshore oilfield .
