通过研究发现,高温形变对贝氏体转变的影响,因钢种不同其结果也不相同,甚至相反。对PCrNi3MoVA钢来说,高温形变使其贝氏体转变受到阻抑,孕育期延长一倍以上。研究证明,这是由于形变使位错密度增加和使亚结构尺寸减小造成的。高温形变还能使晶粒细化,碳化物弥散析出和使马氏体板条细化,从而可将该钢的强度水平提高20%左右,综合性能也较好。
Through the research, it is found that the effect of high temperature deformation on the transformation of bainite is different due to the different types of steel, and even the opposite. For PCrNi3MoVA steels, high temperature deformation restrained the transformation of bainite and the period of gestation was more than doubled. Studies have shown that this is due to the increase in dislocation density caused by deformation and substructure size reduction caused. High temperature deformation can also make grain refinement, carbide precipitation and martensite lath refinement, which can increase the level of the steel strength of about 20%, the overall performance is better.
