质量是生命,是效益,是市场份额。组织机构必须把对质量的追求作为生产和销售过程的组成部分。一个机构的成功与发展关键在于引入“质量第一”的观点和进行有效的质量管理。为此,本文以戴明的14点管理原理为基础,探讨了全面质量管理的概念及其在医疗保健机构、特别是在医院中的应用。本文还就高层管理者和医院管理委员会在形成全面质量管理体系方面的作用、以及对成功地贯彻全面质量管理的重要因素进行了讨论。
Quality is life, efficiency, market share. Organizations must regard the pursuit of quality as an integral part of the production and sales process. The key to the success and development of an organization lies in the introduction of “quality first” ideas and effective quality management. Therefore, based on Deming’s 14-point management principle, this article discusses the concept of total quality management and its application in health care institutions, especially in hospitals. This paper also discusses the role of senior management and hospital management committees in the formation of a comprehensive quality management system and the important factors for the successful implementation of total quality management.
