一九八一年九月,在浙江省杭州市由农机部科技局主持召开了“内燃机主轴瓦及连杆瓦等七项国家标准审查会”,会议审查通过了《内燃机铸铁气缸套技术条件》(国家标准)报批稿。现将报批稿的几个问题简述如下: 1、材料和硬度 原标准规定气缸套的材料为合金铸铁、高磷铸铁、球墨铸铁及其他高级铸铁或合金钢。报批稿没有罗列各种铸铁材料,而改为铸铁统称,同时对其机械强度提出最低要求。之所以进行上述修改,主要是考虑随着科学技术的不断发展,气缸套所用材料日趋广泛,若在标准中只写出有限的几种材料,一方面带有局限性,另一方面又易被误解为仅限于所罗列的几种材料,不利于气缸套材料的不断更新和发展。

Draft for approval did not list a variety of cast iron materials, instead of collectively referred to as cast iron, while its mechanical strength made the minimum requirements. The reason for the above changes is mainly to consider with the continuous development of science and technology, the material used cylinder liner is becoming more extensive, if the standard only write a limited number of materials, on the one hand, with limitations, on the other hand easy to be Misunderstood as limited to several listed materials, is not conducive to the continuous updating of cylinder liner materials and development.
