From February 1997 to April 2001, the authors used manual method to repair and treat 38 cases of unstable proximal humeral fractures in children with percutaneous pinning. The results are as follows. A clinical data of this group a total of 38 cases, are under the age of 15 children with closed unstable proximal humeral fractures. Salter Harris Ⅱ type epiphyseal injury in 29 cases, 9 cases of metaphyseal crush type. this
