采用导《分光光度法研究了对甲苯磺酸痕量组分的测定方法,并选择了求导阶数、农导波长间距等最佳条件。结果证明,导数分光光反法对痕量组分的测定是十分有效的。
The determination of trace components of p-toluenesulfonic acid was studied by using the “guide” spectrophotometry method. The optimum conditions such as the order of derivative and the distance between agronomic guides were chosen. The results show that derivative spectrophotometry is very effective for the determination of trace components.
