[目的]探究遵义市大学生艾滋病和性相关行为的认知态度和需求,为针对性地开展大学生艾滋病及性健康教育提供依据。[方法]通过整群抽样用问卷调查方式对低年级在校师范和医学本科生进行AIDS和性相关问题的现况调查。[结果]10.6%的大学生有过性行为,其中35.2%有多性伴。大学生对艾滋病知识均有一定认识,医学生对回答艾滋病的相关知识的正确率明显高于师范生(P﹤0.05)。对艾滋病主要传播途经知晓率在86.1%和98.0%之间,而对于艾滋病非传播途径的正确回答率偏低(50.4.0%~87.4%);师范生和医学生接受过艾滋病和性健康教育的分别占62.5%和79.4%;大学生艾滋病知识来源主要是电视、广播、报刊和网络等。86.9%的师范生和83.5%的医学生认为艾滋病和性健康教育很有必要。[结论]大学生性行为现状不容乐观,虽然对艾滋病知识有一定认知,但仍需加强对大学生艾滋病及性的有关知识和危险因素等健康教育及行为干预工作。
[Objective] To explore the cognitive attitudes and needs of AIDS and sexual related behaviors among college students in Zunyi, and to provide the basis for carrying out targeted AIDS and sexual health education among college students. [Methods] Through questionnaire survey by cluster sampling, we investigated the current status of AIDS and sexual related problems among undergraduates and undergraduates in lower grades. [Results] 10.6% of college students had sexual behavior, of which 35.2% had multiple sexual partners. Students have a certain understanding of AIDS knowledge, the correct rate of medical students to answer AIDS related knowledge was significantly higher than normal students (P <0.05). The awareness rate of the main routes of transmission of AIDS was between 86.1% and 98.0%, while the correct answer rate to the non-transmission of AIDS was low (50.4% -87.4%); normal students and medical students received AIDS and sexual health education Accounting for 62.5% and 79.4% of the total respectively. The sources of AIDS knowledge among college students are mainly television, radio, newspapers and the Internet. 86.9% of normal students and 83.5% of medical students think AIDS and sexual health education are necessary. [Conclusion] The status quo of college students’ sexual behavior is not optimistic. Although there is a certain cognition on HIV / AIDS knowledge, it still needs to strengthen health education and behavior intervention such as knowledge and risk factors on HIV / AIDS among college students.
