目的:探讨热应激时锌对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法:以SD大鼠制备热应激模型,测定以不同浓度的锌饲料喂养的大鼠在热应激的不同时间肝脏、大脑皮质SOD活性。结果:热应激后大鼠SOD活性升高,持续应激后SOD活性下降;高、中锌组SOD活性明显高于低锌组。结论:充足的锌能够通过增强SOD活性而提高机体热耐受力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of zinc on superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity during heat stress. METHODS: Heat stress model was established in SD rats to determine SOD activity in liver and cerebral cortex of rats fed with different concentrations of zinc fodder at different times of heat stress. RESULTS: SOD activity increased after heat stress, and SOD activity decreased after continuous stress. SOD activity in the high and middle zinc groups was significantly higher than that in the low zinc group. Conclusion: Adequate zinc can increase body heat tolerance by enhancing SOD activity.
