本文基于稀释对络合物离解度影响而建立的数学模型,根据比值法,编写了利用光度数据确定络合物真正组成和稳定常数的计算机程序,于IBM—PC机上运行通过,应用于实际体系的计算结果表明,方法简便,结果准确。 分光光度法已被广泛地用来判别和求解络合物的真正组成和稳定常数,其方法主要是基于稀释对络合物离解度的影响而建立的数学模型[1—3],但具体作法各异。本文主要依据文[4]的比值法,编写了计算机程序,对多点数据进行最小二乘法的线性回归处理,可以更有效地减小和排除光度测量数据的误差影响,避免了作图的烦锁,应用于实际体系说明:方法简便,结果正确。
