引言非特殊性主动脉炎(又称Takayasu氏病,我国称为无脉病)。在世界各地区均有报导,但主要是亚—非地区。虽然真正的流行情况仍不知道,但从迄今而止的报告来看,在日本、南亚大陆、印度、南非和欧洲斯堪的纳维亚半岛的流行是高的。著者等于1970年研究了年龄在12~40岁127例年青高血压病人,其舒张压≥100。在90多例中具有肾血管疾病者占9%,并经肾动脉X线照片证实。其中5例是双侧动脉受累。新近又在新加坡4个医疗单位报导45例。本文以此为基础作如下分析:
Introduction Non-specific aortic inflammation (also known as Takayasu’s disease, our country called pulse-free disease). It has been reported in all regions of the world, but mainly in the Asia-Africa region. Although the real epidemic is still unknown, from the reports so far, the prevalence in Japan, South Asia, India, South Africa and Europe in Scandinavia is high. The author is equal to 1970 study of 127 young hypertensive patients aged 12 to 40 years old, the diastolic blood pressure ≥ 100. In more than 90 cases with renal vascular disease accounted for 9%, and confirmed by renal artery X-ray. Five of them were bilateral arterial involvement. Recently, 45 medical institutions in Singapore reported 45 cases. This article is based on the following analysis:
